Barbells and Abs

This class is particularly designed for students over 40 who are losing strength and muscle tone which comes with age. Many of our 50+ age students have been enjoying the benefits of this class.

Every Tuesday Renate does a 75 minute class. The first 45 minutes is Zumba and the next 30 minutes is Mixxedfit. MF is a dance fitness class of explosive dancing and boot camp toning.
