Barbells was added to Saturday and Cardio Funk has a time change for ONLY this weekend since we are closed Sunday! Cardio Latin is at 10am and Cardio Funk is at 12:15pm and Barbells will follow at 1:30pm. These two favorite classes work back to back, Jason hopes to see his ladies!

Dr, Sandra Fryhofer will be doing a class that is very therapeutic, relaxing, and helps with back issues and relieves shoulder stress due to computer and driving. The method is particularly good for golfers. It aligns joints and is great to do before or after weights or cardio class.
