Friday, Nov.28th will be Piloxing at 9:30am with Restorative Yoga to follow at 10:45am with Anissa. After Yoga Jason will do Cardio Dance Funk at NOON. There will be NO Classical Ballet on Friday. Weekend schedule will resume as normal.

There will be no Cardio Dance Funk at 10am but Zunk (Funk/Zumba) will be at 9:30am. Did you get that, 9:30am!!! Beginning Tap will be at 12:30pm instead of 11:15am. So sorry for the inconvenience.

Richard has been gracious enough to return to Dance It Off again this Sunday, Oct. 26th. The class is going to be called ZUNK because he will doing a fusion of Cardio Funk and Zumba at 9:30am! Jason is unable to teach at 10am so come get your CARDIO w/ Richard.

If you can only attend ONE Party at Dance It Off, our Halloween party is amazing. This is our third year doing this and everyone loves learning "THRILLER" with Jason. Dance It Off will provides apps and you can BYOB and BYOD driver, adults only.

Classical Ballet will be on Fridays, starting Oct. 3rd from 10:30am till Noon. There will be no more Saturday Ballet after Sept. 27th. Wednesday Classical Ballet will still continue, so now there will be 2 weekday ballets which seems to suit the majority better.

Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. It reminds me of "dancing Yoga".
