Our weekday morning classes are geared toward 35+ to 70's, lower impact dance classes and weights. Weekends and nights have higher impact dance classes and technical classes. Pounds Drumstick Fitness, Belly Dancing and Dance Jam have been added to our schedule too. Best of all, we have 4 Tap Classes for all levels of skill. Check us out soon.
